30 - Day Return Policy
Our 30-day return policy will give you
plenty of time to consider your purchase. If for any reason you
aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return
your purchased items in original condition within 30 days of
the date of shipment, for a refund or exchange. Once we receive
your returned item and it is accepted, your exchange or refund
will be processed in a few days. Upon receiving your return,
it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Department. Please
note that returned items showing signs of wear, or that have
been altered or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return.
Returns with packages that are improperly packaged, show signs
of tampering or uninsured, will be refused receipt.
How To Prepare A Return
Follow our three step process.
- Your Return Authorization Code. For a return
authorization number contact us at ShoppingCart@KidGluvs.com.
- Package Your Return. Place your return
in the original box.
- Insure Your Package. Ship your package via US Postal
Service Registered MailT, insured for the total value of the
contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that
your shipment has reached Kid Gluvs. * (FedEx® and UPS® will
not insure merchandise over $500.)
